  2. MA in Social Studies Teaching Methods, College of Basic Education, 2015.
  3. BA in Social Studies, College of Basic Education, University of Duhok, 2010.

My academic experience in teaching began in 2015 within the Social Studies Department at the College of Education, University of Duhok. This career path has centered on a fundamental goal: integrating theoretical knowledge with practical experience to enhance the quality of the educational process and effectively prepare students.

The courses taught encompassed a wide and diverse range of educational and research foundations, reflecting a comprehensive educational specialization. These included teaching methods, assessment and evaluation, administration and supervision, research methodology, educational psychology, and observation. This diversity of material indicates in-depth coverage of aspects of delivery, assessment, classroom organization, and the foundations of scientific research—all essential pillars in shaping the character of educators and teachers.

The teaching methodology was based on a philosophy that encourages students to think critically and actively participate, moving away from traditional rote learning. Particular emphasis was placed on activating the practical application of theoretical knowledge, enabling students to apply what they learned in real-world, practical contexts. This approach ensured a deeper understanding and practical application of the concepts, thus raising the professional competence of graduates.

This enriching experience resulted in significant development of educational and leadership skills, and enhanced the ability to understand and meet the evolving educational needs of students. Ultimately, the importance of this phase extended beyond professional and personal growth; it also contributed to raising the standard and quality of education within the college, underscoring the crucial value of the continuous integration of theory and practice in developing future educators.

My research interests in the field of education focus primarily on teaching methods, both descriptive and experimental, given their crucial role in developing the educational process and improving its outcomes. Through the descriptive approach, I analyze the educational landscape and existing teaching practices, identifying factors influencing student and teacher performance, and exploring the challenges facing the classroom environment. This type of research contributes to building an accurate and comprehensive picture of educational phenomena, providing a solid foundation for developing effective teaching strategies.

On the experimental side, my research focuses on testing the effectiveness of modern teaching methods and comparing them with traditional approaches, aiming to measure their impact on student achievement, motivation, and engagement in learning. This approach allows for the provision of scientific evidence supporting the adoption of innovative methods that promote active learning and develop students' thinking skills.

Thus, my research interests combine a precise description of the educational reality with the scientific experimentation of modern methods, contributing to the development of educational knowledge and enhancing the quality of education in various educational contexts.

This supervisory experience was established in 2015, beginning in the Social Studies Department and expanding to the Geography Department in 2017. The supervision adopted a unified methodology centered on teaching methods, with the primary goal of developing students' abilities to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.

This experience focused on enhancing students' research and analytical skills, emphasizing the importance of linking educational theory with practical application. This supervisory approach has resulted in the monitoring of the qualitative development of students' competencies in research, presentation, and academic communication.

This supervisory model embodies the integration of theory and practice and effectively contributes to raising the quality of educational outcomes and preparing qualified teaching and research personnel to meet the challenges of the modern educational field.
