Social adjustment to crises

In societies experiencing successive crises over short peiods , individuals need to learn mechanisms to maintain their mental and physical well-being and cope with circumstances that may exceed their mental and cognitive capacity. Therefore social adjustment is a complex behavioral process that reflects a person's healthy relatonship with their general or external environment . Its gaols is to provide balance betwen the individual and the changes in the environment , including the geneal environment , becaus the genetal or external environment influences the individual's personality and behaviors and includes the social environment and nutural conditions in which they live.
As for the individual's internal environment, which encompasses various motives,needs, experiences, and values ..all of which are called the psychological environment - any change that occurs in these two environments and especially the external environment promots individuals to modify their behavior to acheive a balance betwen themselve and their physical or social environment , this allows them to feel safe and participate positively in positive change which in turn motivates them to continue building successful relationships with those around them,to reaching the highest levels of social adjustment by controlong their environment. this will not affect their social functions.
