Kara Fatima , Her Life, political and Military Role
Kara Fatima is Born in the first half of the 19th century, she was known since her childhood for her strong and intelligent personality, which caused her status to grow more prominent day by day. She participated in several political and military activities, including her participation in the Paris Peace Conference of 1919 and the Sivas Congress of 1919.Regarding her military involvement, she took part in the Crimean War (1853–1856) between Ottoman and Russian, as well as the Greco-Turkish War (1919–1922), aiming to secure Kurdish rights based on the promises given to her by the Turkish side.However, after the declaration of the new Turkish Republic in 1923, and since it was no longer in their interest to align with her, her role was completely sidelined and neglected. Because of this, she became deeply saddened, and her quality of life deteriorated day by day until she passed away in 1955.
